My daughter's 94 Toyota Celica. We started it we moved it went to go get in it and it wouldn't start again. I replace the fuel pump. It has a new battery. The distributor had just been replaced. It cranks now it gets fuel, but it will not start. Any suggestions on my next step
You would need to do a couple of tests to find out if has no spark or no fuel or both or less likely something else. I will post links to a couple of videos on cranking no starts that will help. One test that you can do is simply spray some carb cleaner into the air intake when cranking if the engine tries to run you it is a fuel only problem either the pump or not injecting.

Basic spark and injector test ---- if you follow the the first part of the video test for injector pulse and spark it should give us some direction to the cause of your no start
