2013 GMC Acadia-replaced rccm [found corrosion inside module] -replaced module & programmed with j2543 pass thru. Repeated c0558 code for calibration. Tried new module--same thing. Have good power & ground @ module & data shows correct current calibration. Able to communicate with rccm as well. Originally replaced because module read 0v on scanner PID. Reads battery voltage with new programmed module but repeats code c0558

Any type of setup to do after programming? Select the right calibration from the programming screen??

Goofy as it sound, but it may be worth doing a battery disconnect at this point. You don't have much to lose by trying. :cheer:

Like Cheryl asked, you're positive you've got the right calibration? Double checked the RPO sticker?

Thanks for all the answers. I have checked for correct calibration with TIS2 web. Also, when installing the software there is only 1 option for software file. Is it possible which ever module is the master [BCM]? needs to somehow recognize the calibration in the ccm? In looking at wiring diagram, wake up circuit comes from bcm. Confusion between the 2 modules?

I wouldn't think so? That wake up signal is just a 12V power side driver from the BCM. All actual communication takes place over the regular network. You can check the RCCM for the 12V wake up signal, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have communication if it wasn't there.

that was my thoughts as well. Seems strange as data stream for ccm is complete, original problem & code solved [no voltage read @ module]. Originally read 0v. New module reads battery voltage in data stream. Immediately sets message for "service all wheel drive". Code fefinition is for calibration mismatch or improper calibration. 2nd new module results are identical. Both modules coming from GM. Using drewtech toolbox 3 with snap on passthru pro box. All hardware & software in passthru is current. Becoming a real hair puller, but hate to just give up & send customer to dealer as well.

Problem solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheryl had the right idea--after programming, the "CCM"code must be entered in special functions on scanner. Unfortunately any snap-on scanner is not capable of this. In my case, I needed to use Tech II Win. The code is found on the wiring harness connector at the rear clutch control module. Would be most helpful if this was mentioned in the code definition section, but oh well. Thanks for the responses & suggestions.

Did alldata or Mitchell say anything about this?? Usually there is program and setup on the sps. Program first then setup second. Guarantee autel or launch would of had the option as it’s all copy and pasted to there brand of scanners...

You are correct. After reading very closely, was instructed to enter ccm number from connector. Sometimes patience is not my long suit. :( :( got too wrapped up in "not programmed correctly" message & put my blinders on. After 45 years in this business you'd think I'd know better. Lesson learned. Thanks for your help again.
