ive got a 12 ford fiesta thats got a weird issue and the only code that comes up is p0335 but that isn't related to the issue.
once the motor gets good and warm, you can go to accelerate and then it jerks like someone cuts the power, a couple lights come on in the instrument cluster, then it goes back to running, albeit, not as good, almost like in a partial limp mode, almost wont get out of its own way. i have checked almost everything i can think of on this one. i did a tsb i found for something similar and it still does it. ALMOST every time you go to accelerate. someone has been swapping parts to fix it before and i had a fiesta here i could verify good parts.

Leave it idling and move the engine harness by hand - also check engine earths and the main positive on the starter motor. It is most likely the twisting movement of the engine disturbing a bad connection.
Unless your cam timing is out.

What have you swapped from the other fiesta to the problem one?

Wonder if you remove the abs and traction control fuse if the problem will go away. What scan data do you have to show us?

P0335 sounds like the code can absolutely be related to the symptoms you've listed. What makes you say it's not related?
It's very common for cam sensors to fail when they get hot and when the engine cools down will function until it's hot again.
Try cooling the Cam sensor if you don't have a scope to see what the sensor is doing.
