Good day everyone here Im asking a question about FORD TAURUS 2.0 LITRE ECO BOOST 4 CYLINDERS THE FUEL LEVEL sensor on the dash sometimes not working .i tried to scan no codes no check engine lights.Thanks .
Do you have access to fuel level input to the pcm? You’ll have to watch the pid see if it drops out to 0. I’m sure the information is on the network from pcm to cluster
I did a bit of research on this and the issue seems to be a common on these but there are a wide varietie of supposed causes and cures. On modern cars the fuel level is usually a calculation based on periodic readings and consumption. I will continue to research this issue,
