Nissan CVT replacement was created by Tyler
Looking to the Nissan techs out there.
And anyone else who's been here before.
2014 Sentra needs a transmission. Big surprise. We're getting one from the dealer, and Drew Tech says they can program the new one remotely (RAP kit). Any information I need to know before proceeding? Ins? Outs? Better source of transmissions?

Replacement and programming went well.
For anyone following along, I found that both the Snap-On and the Launch are capable of erasing the learned values and clearing the fluid deterioration.
The auxiliary clutch point learning function was available, but didn't work. Maybe user error? :silly: Driving it around as described in the PDF above did the trick.
The Opus IVS (Drew Tech) rep that did the programming specified that they'll do new and reman transmissions/TCM's, but not used. Won't touch 'em.
