Good morning, I have a 1995 suburban, 454. No spray from the injectors. I replaced the distributor, di module, ecm, plugs, wires, fuel pump. I'm getting fuel to the tbi and good spark. I have no it lights, test light and fluke meter. Can't figure it out! I'm an electrican not a tech.

You have spark so the inputs must be good. Have you checked for injector pulse by unplugging an injector and putting a test light in place of an injector while cranking?? Maybe there clogged to if it’s been sitting awhile

KOEO, do you have battery voltage on ALL 4 injector wires, (two pink wires, Blue, and Green)? (connectors connected) If not, check ECM-1 (20 amp) fuse.

Yep, plugged a noid light in, nothing. Connected a test light to the positive term on the battery and touched it to the purple/wht wire on the 4 wire plug on the di module and the light flashed. (2nd module)

Hi Rick/everyone.

Di module sends a 5 volt pulse to ecm. So you have verified that ecm is receiving pulse from di module and injectors are receiving ecm shooting signal, because light (connected to injector connector) is flashing.

I suggest you a 5 volt pulse (instead of 12 volts) in case you need to test again.

I would check injector/s spray, by feeding 12v in one of the pin injectors (could be any of them) and touching the other to ground.

Warning!!! Do not activate injectors for more than 1/2 seconds. Those are pick and hold injectors and they consume something like 14 amps.
