Help us help you. By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!
As above --- also rpm related issues are often new to opens where there is movement or loose bad grounds
check the shared grounds (its a Chrysler !) and harness where it runs engine to body or any where there is relative movement that could pull down or open the bus. I also would do a ressistance check between can high and can low wires should be 60 ohms
An oscilloscope makes this kind of issue easier to track down.
