03 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8L engine LXi, I scanned the SKIM for codes and I get rolling code failure, and stack overflow failure, i also scanned the BCM for codes, I get PCM bus messages not received, and for the Instrument Cluster i have no PCM messages received. I used a remote starter switch from terminal 87 from the relay connector, and connected it to the battery positive and the starter cranked over, my starter is good... I noticed my Vehicle Theft Security System light is on solid... Is there a video you can make on a Vehicle Theft Security System for an 03 Chrysler Town and Country? The VTSS light is on solid, and I have a no crank no start... What steps should I take to diagnose the issue, or is there a way that I can bypass the Sentury Key Immobilizer Module (SKIM) with having a transponder in the key, to start the vehicle? I also disconnected the ac pressure switch connector and put my red lead to the 5 volt reference pin and the black to ground, turn the switch to the run position and i still had 0 volts, makes me wonder if im getting no [power or ground to the PCM, Do you think maybe my PCM may have gone bad? Thank you
I don't know any way to disable the security system. Do you have com to all of the modules with scan tool? Be carful on that. I thought I had communication to all modules and I could communicate to all modules LISTED what I failed to notice in my situation is my scanner didn't list the instrument cluster as one of the available modules that I could talk to. How I caught it was I had codes for no com to instrument cluster. I hope that makes sense.
