By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!

Today i checked for spark on bank 2 and found that #2 was not firing and #4 was arching from the side. I pulled all three out and ohms the coils and they all tested the same what's up with that. I switched #2 & # 6 and coil did not fire on #6 so i know the coil is bad so why do they test the same?
I'd guess that something in the #2 coil is breaking down under electrical load, like a wire that ohms fine but won't carry current.
A current ramp of the #2 coil might tell you if there's a primary or secondary winding problem, but you already know the coil is bad at this point anyway. :lol: I'm just happy to hear you didn't have to pull the intake off to check the rear bank!
