Can i take 5 v from other sensor (A/c pressure sensor ) to check ?

I mean support current 5v by other 5v from other sonsor that not use same 5v supply

Yes 5v is 5v (except for the temperature sensors) BUT be 100% sure you aren't dealing with an open not a shorted 5v ref As It is intermittent it is like you are dealing with an open somewhere in the wiring where the engine moves relative to the body.

Throttle position sensor is also on the same 5v reference (org/pink wire). Have you tested voltage at tps? Plugged in & unplugged?

i just reread your first post & you mentioned CAM sensor 5v reference. I looked up definition for code P0433 for 2004 jeep liberty 3.7L & found it to be "heated catalyst effiency below threshold".

the chrysler cam and crank sensors share a 5v reference voltage and are pull down hall effect... the signal wire on the cam will have 5v then 0v on off in a square wave design. If the signal is intermittent meaning you do not have a consistant square wave 0 to 5 volts you should have a P0344 code.

You maybe confusing the signal and reference wires.

P0433 is as Matt's Auto says, "heated catalyst effiency below threshold" error.

If you're loosing the 5v reference voltage, you have an open in the reference wire from the common connection with the crank.

You asked if you can use a 5v voltage from another source. Yes, but you will have to remove the bad 5v cam wire from the connector and replace it with the alternate source wire. It would be better to fine the open in the reference wire.
