Have litlebit hard Time whit this chrysler cold starts it give p0088 fuel rail pressure too high code, when that code cleared hot engine, it would not come back until the car sits overnight.
Injectors tested from specialist 2 new and programmed ok, new pressure regulator from railpump, non-return valve fitted the line what comes the tank, pressure sensor reeds normal 0.45-0.6 whit Key on +5, ground and signal looks ok whit scope. ...

Okay this is a doozy P0088 ? the only thing I can think of it is some kind of transient at key on and start-up.

ISTR these are a Bosch system from the slightly older Bosch systems I worked on they gave .
0.5v key on
1.2v to 1.4v cranking and idle,
Jumping up to an initial peak 3.5v or so when you sink the right boot in
Droping back to 2.5 when the higher revs are held.
Back to 1.2 to 1.4v

I can only think there is some spike.

Thanks your reply. Yep only code is that p0088, i think that couldt it be the pressure regulator issue whits is the on the rail? But is it operate at all exept restrict the max presque ~2000bar for safety reasons.
The car has not the long crank Time, (unlicely air issue) still pops that code. (When its cold) When I replaced the pcv valve from pump there was litlebit rust in diesel, car is sitting some time dealer carage. I was told that the fuel filter is replaced but mayby I replace it and fill it some diesel additive staff...any help is needed
