Dan need your help bad.
Having electrical issues on our saturn.
Started out as a random miss on 2 and 3 cyl. Only ever happened at start up. One time it starts and runs smooth. Then another time it would have a 2-3 miss fire.
Shut it off restart it and its ok.
Funny thing is. No stored codes from it.?
Swapped coils, ign modules with same issues.
Cleaned grounds, added grounds from engine to chassis.
Same issues.
There was an issue found by our trade school teacher. Bad wire in engine harness. He cut that bad wire out and jumped it.
Seemed to help for a short time but the issue is back.
Same 2-3 missfire.
Help... computer issue.??
Thanks jamie

Sounds kinda like a head gasket issue. To miss when first started then clears up. Or leaking fuel injectors. I’d pull plugs out put pressure tester on cooling system pump it up 20 psi and let sit. Then come back and crank it see if any antifreeze come out of plug holes.

It will continue to miss until you shut it off and restart. It's an electrical issue not mechanical.
Thanks.
