when car sits long time (more than 5-10 hours), when I start engine RPM bounces between 700-1300.
sometimes it needs gas pedal to not die.

It happens every morning or when car sits for long time, its even worse when outside rains.

One thing I tried was cleaning my throttle, it helped but only for short period of time (1 month), it came back.

no fault codes at all.

hard to find out whats wrong with it because engine does it only for 1-2 minutes after start when sits long.

Im not sure but in my opinion this ford doesnt have MAF sensor, because I couldnt find it.

can it be vacuum leak? or dirty throttle? any suggestions?

adding video, please listen with audio on :) thanks

It sounds like a vacuum leak look at fuel trims when cold see if it shows lean conditon. Maybe do a smoke test when its cold could show up then
