Found good power and ground at connector in to abs module . Replaced abs pump and module. New module has code c0265 relay failure. Is programming necessary

Pretty sure programming isn't required on that one. But even if it was, I still don't think it'd fix your C0265.

Were the EBCM and the ABS pump new or used?

New ebcm and abs pump Putting another ebcm fixed the problem
