truck came in with code c1020 tested for 12volts at sensor using sensor ground it was good checked signal at sensor compared to right rear it was clearly not right so we replaced sensor now the right rear and left rear sensors produce the same waveform spinning them by hand but the code will not clear and when you drive it the left rear sensor shows 0 mph also i tried to disconnect the battery and do a hard reset....................i have not checked powers and grounds to the abs module but is there anything i could be missing............i also checked both wires at the abs module for the left rear sensor and they look good

Okay guys this truck was troubling but I figured it out and I believe that all the test I did was all the confirmation I needed to call the abs module but as all of you know that is a hard call so I did one last test at the abs module plug I took the two wires from the left rear sensor and swapped them with the right rear sensor wires ................after the switch the code stayed the same but of course in the data stream now the right side was not working and the left was so somewhere in the abs module there is a problem the customer is not fixing it now however he said that he will have us repair it in the future I will update this post if he does but I can't guarantee this will happen .............closing I am 100 percent certain this car needed a left rear wheel speed sensor and an abs module. Thanks to all that helped I sure hope this helps someone.
