i have a 2008 lexus 430 sc when i drive it i get a stumbl/hesitation at about quarter throttle . under hard acceleration no stumble works normally no trouble codes

i checked the throttle position sensor on scanner and was working properly . i did not put it on a scope as of yet

try scoping...i own a 2002 GS300 and only when I scope did i find a hump on the rising and falling waveform, though intermittent. no codes present
