I have a 99 durango 5.2. It's got around 200k might be a motor issue but trying to diagnose. Has no codes so I cant find a direction. Starts up pefect cold and then runs great, when I turn it off and it sits for 10-20 minutes or longer then next start is a hard start usually taking some throttle fluctuation. Runs rough for 3 seconds than acts normal. Fuel trims seem to be okay. Did a smoke test, the only smoke I see is coming out of the IAC valve which is new. Hooked up a fuel gauge didn't see any obvious signs of fuel leak down but I'm thinking this has to be the direction. Also did a cheap head gasket tester test which passed. When it does start after a hard start it tends to blow smoke on startup.

Been researching and common things are fuel leakdown, ect sensor, and mapsensor, and IAT sensor. All seem to look okay with scan tool. Where can I start?
