Great wall v200 only 2 injector pules when cranking than none..

Great wall v200 new pump and injectors...

Wouldnt run with out aerostart helping start..

Came from another shop

Done injectors as flow back was erratic...

started ran all good... cut out like out of fuel..

No fuel pressure.. tested everything i could

Got a new pump.. got pressure back..

Smokes slighly on cranking but only 2 earth side switched pules each crank so it wont fire wont run...

What next.... tested 5v ref etc computers alive... key on 2.2v to injectors.. scope it and crank resembled a good injector wave form up to 12v

Hi zac.

I am supposing the picture is for one of your "good" injector signal. That seems also erratic.

I think is not a problem that power only appears when cranking (i have seen it before).

Which i see a little strange is that injector is not firing at the same frecuency (which makes me think pcm is not "seeing" crankshaft position.

Have you checked ckp sensor signal at pcm?

I changed crank and cam sensors with known good ones aswell but still no joy. Runs on aerostart. Just stops pulsing after 2 blinks
