I have a 2017 Range Rover Evoque with 2.0l. Vehicle cam in on hook for crank but no start. Had codes for crankshaft sensor and low fuel pressure. Started with crank sensor and found cut wires to sensor. How or why they were cut I don’t know. I fixed the wires to the ckp sensor and that went inactive. Proceeded with low fuel pressure diagnostic started with basics check fuel pressure check fuses check relay. With no luck I check for power at fuel pump in tank. Pump wires have ground but no power. Powered pump with snap on power probe found pump was drawing around 15 amps. Pump will run when powered and will allow car to start and run. Can not seem to find fuel pump module. So I guess the question I have is 1- is 15 amps high for fuel pump and 2- will computer shut down fuel pump for high load and not blow fuse. Any information on where to go would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Also codes for fuel pressure are p0087 and p064a
