What was the specific reason for not passing emissions? You say there's no codes, so not enough I/M monitors have completed?
Are you sure that these tests failed? Or are just incomplete?
TID $21 00 is part of the EVAP monitor, for the .040" leak test. TID $41 12 is part of the EGR 'hose check' monitor, to make sure both DPFE hoses are connected to the sensor. TID $56 00 is part of the misfire monitor.
