The Pico Scope has a set of 720° cursors built into the software. Drag the blue dot, in the lower righ-hand corner, to place the 0° cursor. Then, drag the blue dot, again, to place the 720° cursor.





Then select how many partitions you want to divide the 720°.

The automotive version of Picoscope has features not found on the standard labscope version. As I havent both to compare I can't be sure this is your issue. There is an overlay program in the MS Windows shop I cant send you the name or link as I will be not in front of a Windows computer for a couple of days.
