I have never touched a spark plug before but that looks like rust on the left. Does it feel like rust?

Yes it was more rusty than this but i kinda wiped it down not planning on posting a picture of it

Put one rusty spark plug in, leave rest out, and watch the coolant for bubbling during cranking.

Red-Orange OAT coolant leaking into the combustion chamber discolours the spark plug and combustion chamber

Agree with the coolant suggestions. Are you chasing some kind of misfire or overheating issue?
I've also seen fuel additives make plugs that color, but they also discolor all the plugs evenly.
