04 altima with 204k miles.

Random misfire code p0300. This is the only code that is showing up. B1S1 is showing lean while B1S2 is reading rich. Both will respond to snap throttle. If I unplug ignition coil one at a time, there is a significant amount of RPM drop on cylinders 1,2, and 3. #4 there is no change in RPM. There is spark on #4 however and swapped coils, same thing. Fuel trims are normal.

Can you give me some advice?

agree...use noid light or test light to check for injector pulsing. perhaps spark arching from the plug wires?

The spark seemed pretty consistent across all cylinders. Will do a noid light test tomorrow and follow up with updates. thanks!
