Good day team

Dear all
I have ford explorer 2002 v6 no fuelflex

It is crank no start i have spark and i didnt check for injector control i check injector have (+)

I spray break cleaner it start

I have no fuel pruesser but i think thy replace fuel pump and make this mistake

Plz find attach and advice it fuel is ok

hi sir I believe that is a bypass ignition some more info would be helpful what is the actual fuel pressure and are there any codes in any of the modules thanks

Amperage is way too low. I suspect you have a voltage drop. Check your fuel pump GROUND and make sure there is less than 100-200 mv. You can, also, check voltage going INTO the pump, while it is running. It should be very close to Battery voltage.



EDIT:

Also, verify that there is fuel in the take. (Don't laugh, I have seen it MANY times.) I calculate the speed to be 6431 RPMs. Low current + High RPM's = no/low fuel.

if the pump had bad ground and motor was staining could you hear a difference in pump operation sound
