What is very high, does it affect one cylinder or all? Any turbulance on the spark line?Do you have apicture with the conditions it was taken?

Generally spoken it could be low compression, rich mixture, low secondary resistance........

Spark plug worn gap too wide, open in the plug wire and especially if the line slopes upwards lean fuel air ratio

I got confused..... When you say burn line is high you actually mean that the burn line starts at a higher kv than normal? Or do you mean the burn time is higher than normal? Please clarify.

Normally at idle expect a wide U shape although it will skip around because of the response to the O2 sensor switching.

With a wasted spark system expect lower spark and burn line voltages every other spark. You are best to set a voltage trigger high enough to be triggered only on actual firing events.
