unplugged= 4.94v
2. 5V ref wire
0.01
plugged= 4.98v
unplugged= 4.98v
3. sensor ground

Can you help me decipher these numbers?
I haven't check ohms yet on the signal wire from solenoid to computer.

PCM unplugged:
at 200 ohms= 00.9 ohms
at 2K= .001 ohms
I'm giving you these readings as I'm doing them now.

meter lead to egr control wire, other lead to battery ground.

This value stuck out to me. Does it change with the engine running? I ask because I was recently working on an '06 Caravan 3.8L for various issues, and happened to have a new EGR valve from another shop. The closed valve position voltage was closer to 4.2V.
I don't think that accounts for your code, but it might point towards a faulty potentiometer in the valve.

Yep, I recall that from one of your earlier threads. Were any of them OEM? Or from the dealer? Because aftermarket EGR valves, especially linear EGR valves like your design, are trash garbage.
