Really? :huh: Wow, that's kinda surprising. Coil replacement is usually a slam dunk for P035X codes on Toyota.

Gotta ask a few questions. Is this a hard code, or does it come back intermittently?

If you swap a known good coil off #2 or #6, does the P0354 reset?

What brand of coil was #4 replaced with?

Ray reported back that the coil he used to test with was also bad. :lol: Talk about throwing you for a loop!
