Hi! About to diagnose a flooded 17 sienna with less than 15k miles. Car was submerged in about 4 feet of water and owner wants the car fixed, no matter the cost. Engine was full of water, took spark plugs out and changed oil and filter. Van cranks fine but no start. Sometimes it will start for a second and then die. Has good fuel pressure, spark only when it starts for a second, and good compression.

How should I approach this?

have the ability to to do an all dtc scan? could be anti theft related
