2004 Hyundai Accent Rear Brake Question was created by popoften
Not sure how to safely disconnect parking brake lever from old trailing shoe. Looks like it is riveted in? (See pics) If so, how will I reconnect to new shoe, as I have no riveting tools?

Any advice appreciated!

Well I feel like an idiot. I looked at the new brake shoes, and saw that the new trailing shoe has a new parking brake lever riveted to it. Sorry guys!

No worries! :cheer:

I wish more shoes came that way. :( Fiddling around with those stupid horseshoe clips for the parking brake arm is frustrating.
