You really haven't provided much information to go on, that's probably why no one has reached out to help...

To answer your question, yes!
It could be the oxygen sensor. It could be a MAP sensor, it could be a leaking fuel pressure regulator, it could be a faulty injector....

Codes would be a good place to start, followed by fuel trim numbers at idle and 2500 RPMs.
If you've got a fuel pressure gauge, you can check the fuel systems ability to maintain pressure.

"Ground cannot be checked with a 10mm socket"
