Hello gentleman, need some input with this issue and yes all relevant parts have been check and replace timing chain cam and ck sensors timing alignment check 3 times with 2 different tool kits volts +&- and signals also valvetronic calibration was performed with snap on scanner ,still showing the code at first few revolutions of cranking put a scope to check please let me know what's wrong with this pic check attachment thank you

Not sure exactly what that entails. Did this get a timing chain set replacement, or was it checked and determined to not need it?
If it did have engine work, was it to correct this issue, or is this new after repairs?
