Whats up fam? Another issue here has anyone experienced the key fob not being detected unless in the center counsel to start the vehicle?? It is a 202 GMC sierra with a 5.3l and ive replaced the key fob battery and made a spare key to see if it if the same with the spare and it still does the same thing. I scanned the vehicle and got codes u0168 - lost communication with keyless entry control module. When looking on mitchell i try to locate the keyless entry control module but it gives me like 3 different locations but i found one underneath the middle seat but not 100% sure if this is the one being referred to. I cant seem to figure this one out here at the shop and its driving me crazy!! does anyone have any idea or experienced this before and found the fix? i checked the can system and it seems to be working but im not 100% on the can system since i normally do not diagnose the can system very often I need to get a bit sharper at that for sure any help would be appreciated
