Hi , I have a 2007 odyssey problem w/ac passenger side is cooling ok,but driver side is warmer.i replaced the door blend on the diver side and it got a bit better but still not cooling enough

One of the first things I do with any complaint like this is check the HVAC module for codes verify the correct charge of refrigerant.
Static pressure reading only tell you so much. The best was to confirm the appropriate charge is to evacuate the system and compare what was removed to the published specification, then naturally leak check the system and recharge.
Once you know the system is charged correctly, if the output remains poor on the driver's side, you can remove the blend door motor and manually move the blend door to make sure moves smoothly with no binding from stop to stop. If you then can get heat and AC out of that vent, there's a possibility that you may have a defective new blend door motor (which I have seen many times with cheap aftermarket parts), or an HVAC control issue.
Be sure to read your service information, there may be a relearn procedure that needs to be carried out when changing the blend door actuator.
