hello does anyone know about a toyota IGT system i know is a square wave 0 to 5v but when looking at the oscilloscope at high RPM the square wave drops to -4.87 so i wonder is this normal anyone feedback would be appreciated thanks

new spark plug
new injector
powers and grounds check out
voltage drop checks out
IGF is good
relative compression is good with even peaks
coil fire nice and strong
