I had permanent DTC’s relating to the/o2 sensors. P0037 and p0158 low voltage on heater circuit bank 1 downstream and high voltage bank 2 downstream.

i did my diagnostic work and discovered there was 1.5M ohms on the e1 grounf shared by both sensors. I also saw 1.9v on a voltage drop test ehen keying on ignition and .19 when KOEO. So I disassembled the air intake and got to all the chassis and engine (EE and ED) grounds and wire wheeled all the contact points and hardware. The resistance was fixed and there was no voltage pull onto the ground anymore. But after idling the engine Long enough to run o2 monitors (I am presuming?) p0157 bank 2 downstream low voltage came on the o2 sensor data is reading .015-.035v with some spikes t .055 and then occasionally a brief spike lf .5 or .6 or .7v when k snap the throttle breifly like a sharp spike that  immediately after it appears.  +B wire is at 13.1v I was observing a PWM up to 200 millivolts on one of the wires, I forget which but I wrote it down somewhere, I thought it was the fact I purchased a cheap non oem sensor from Amazon but I used 2 others in this vehicle on both upstream sensors and they are working properly, then just to be sure I got another of the same brand but then that read the same and then I got a denso oem Toyota for like $70 and still the same. I sprayed soapy water on the flange and o2 sensor bung for the bank 2 cat assembly and upon ignition I didn’t see any bubbling but I am going to try using a battery powered leaf blower to pressurize the exhaust pipe from the tailpipe an spray soapy water on the joints.

I also do not believe it is the ECU since I did a voltage step up test on the ox2b and ox1b wires measured the voltage behind the ecu plug with my multimeter and in the ecu with my craftsman obd 2 tool and the PID was within .02-.05v and  then I did a test because there is some exposed copper where some wiring insulation has been damaged in an area so I tested the engine and the chassis to see if the ground was good with the ecu disconnected and the h11 sensor plug disconnected the positive lead on ox2b and the negative lead to chassis and engine grounds with the battery leads connected an they read 0L which means they are good.

but I have all the data streams from my blue tooth gear wrench smart pro bi directional OBD2 reader. If anyone wants to see any specific data I will be happy to furnish it. My phone is running out of memory so I may have to struggle to make a screenshot video of the data streams needed but I will make it happen.

Here is a time line of 8 datapoints regarding fuel trim showing the temperature of the engine. Someone I know said I should check fuel trim but never got back to me.
if anything else could be helpful I can provide it as well.
