Truck has 72,000 original Miles.

My Name is Reid, I do Mobile Mechanic Work in Boise Idaho. Got a Customer with a truck that hasn't ran since 2015-2016. I diagnosed a faulty ICM, replaced it with a 'Standard', from O'Reilly's (customer purchased). Got spark now. But I'm not hearing fuel pumps kick on. Not my concern yet, I dumped fuel down the yap to see if it would fire up. I got a little stumble, but no thunder. I verified spark all the way to the plugs and the plugs don't look horrible. Could be replaced but they make strong spark. It does have. A squeal when cranking, I haven't looked into that yet. Hopefully it's not a spun bearing. Could use some help.

Understood. Does that also mean that you're not hearing the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on?

Could use some help.

Few things to check off the top of my head. Does the MIL come on? Does it go out during cranking?

Is injector pulse present during cranking?

Not hearing fuel pump kick on, it's got 2 tanks. Not seeing a switch to alternate between tanks.

Check engine light does come on then it does go off when cranking, I also see the RPMs move. So its getting a crank signal. But even with gas down the throttle it still doesn't start.
