After car cools down, car will crank and start.

Can someone please look at my wave forms and confirm the starter is dead?  I'm seeing multiple spikes before the starter solenoid engages fully and the starter commutators are dropping out.  Picobattery test is showing all greens but normal testing with the pico shows spiking.

Red trace is 600 Amp clamp on the battery positive wire
Blue trace are black and red alligator clips on the battery positive and negative

History:

On 6/10/2025 at 37,282 miles, red battery sign in dash, abnormal noise at alternator pulley, and car would cut off when driving, car running off battery.  Replaced alt. pulley and also noticed the alt. pulley was aftermarket/non factory.  Red battery dash light went out and no more symptoms.

On 6/21/2025 also replaced battery after testing showing battery would not hold a charge.

Now, 1/29/2026 at 40,000 miles, car is having intermittent no start issues, no red battery on dash but scanner shows the P06E9:00-28 Engine Starter Performance DTC
