Hello, im having some trouble diagnosing a fuel trim issue. Got a P0172 fuel system rich. Someone else already replaced the upstream air/fuel sensor and downstream o2 sensor. Vehicle is not a flex fuel vehicle. I pumped all fuel from it anyway. I reset the KAM and test drove for 15 miles. That did not help. Ive got -30% total trim at idle and -6% total trim cruising. Deceleration fuel cutoff moves the A/f sensor Milliamp data pid to 2800. It will also swing full rich -2800 Milliamp after a KAM reset until the fuel trims stabilize it to around -30 milliamps. I believe the A/f sensor is working. Ive pulled the pcv breather hose off and found no change. I dis-connected the high pressure fuel pump per ford service info and the fuel rail data pid is within spec @ 110 p.s.i per ford supposedly meaning the frp sensor is ok. The map sensor reads 14.6 psi koeo and 4.2 psi koer i performed the ford fuel injector flow test and it measured all 4 fuel injectors in spec at 140. I removed the high pressure fuel pump and it does not appear to be leaking but is kind of hard to tell. I checked the air filter and for obvious air intake restrictions. Ive disconnected the purge valve hose, no change. Ive got a high pressure pump and 4 fuel injectors on order for Friday but I have my doubts. WonderIng if anyones got a silver bullet for this thing or ideas.

With the engine hot, stop the engine and watch the fuel rail pressure. KOEO, does Rail Pressure slowly rise, or fall? Heat from the engine should make the pressure rise. If it falls, that would be an indication of a leak.
