04 MPV driveability issues

I am a missionary in Guatemala who was donated a 04 MPV with the Ford Duratec 3.0. I have access to the Autel Maxisys Elite scanner. The van throttle surges under load in the hills and sometimes has no power at all. When it drive and sitting in traffic the idle is very high and you have to keep your foot firmly on the brake. If you put it in neutral it revs up to almost 2,000 rpms and the engine feels unbalanced. I have searched endlessly and found no vacuum leaks. Any help would be appreciated.

I would first encourage you to "change" the MAF data to grams per second because Autel seems to have an issue showing "proper live data" with the lbs selected (wich is a default for the tool :whistle: )

Also the ignition timing specs for this vehicle is around 10 degrees BTDC (as seen in the document i'm attaching, although your car isn't idling)

Any codes present?

No codes, that's what makes it frustrating I have seen cars run way better and have 20 different codes.
