Hi I have this 6.7 Cummins coming into the shop with the following codes: P242F, P1451, P1463. I performed an exhaust back-pressure test in front of the particulant filter and it was 3-4 psi at 2k rpms. I physically removed the filter and inspected both ends and it looks brand new. I replaced the differential pressure sensor, performed a PM filter replacement scan tool procedure and for a while the soot count stayed 1-2 g/l. But when the truck is worked hard, towing etc, the soot count rose up to 8 g/l, it constantly regens, and sets the above codes. At this point the highest I saw the delta of the PM filter sensor was 2psi.  What am I missing. Is there another method this vehicle uses to calculate PM filter soot content? Thanks.
