looking for a wiring diagram for the check engine light control. cranks but no start. no mil on during koeo customer said it worked yesterday

Nice, Noah! I went looking for this last night, only found the instrument cluster side of it.

Also, I really appreciate GM OE diagrams like this B) Love seeing the internals, even if they're simplified.

customer put a lower intake gasket on. it was leaking. and he said it stalled out. we got spark and fuel pressure by pressing the Schrader valve. don't know how much it was on the side of the road. but has no check engine light on key on. he said it always worked before. thing looks brand new. how would it have spark and pressure if the computer really was dead? haven't checked for 5 volt ref yet ill do that monday

Bypass ignition for the spark? The fuel pressure, not sure... Maybe it was still holding pressure from before the stall? Or, did you depress the valve during cranking?

I've seen a few obd1 cars where the cel is inoperative but the pcm isn't necisarily dead.
