I am posting a scope capture of battery voltage, 5 v reference to the throttle body, and throttle body position sensor 1 data. The irregularity in the 5 v reference threw me way off until I compared it with a known good car and found it looks identical. The irregularity changes with engine rpm, it is happening twice per revolution. Does anyone know the reason for this? 1 picture is scope set to 1 ms per frame and the other picture is zoomed out. I am diagnosing codes P0122 and P0222 in this car. The codes set once and caused the car to go into fail-safe but I have not been able to duplicate.

I suspect that what you are seeing is just noise from coil/ignition events. The more you use a scope, the more you will see this. The more you see it, the easier it will be to ignore it.
