03 expedition fuse keep blowing on #f15 have not found detail info so I'm here.

I can pull up the wiring harness but no detail? It like one day I can touch shared harness behind the dash by the brake paddle and everything goes out radio cluster but it did not blow a fuse. That happened about 3 to4 times. Come back mash brake Paddle not every time but that blows the fuse I need to know what the cluster is sharing in detail its in that main harness but what will the brake wiring be include cause its not listed with that on the Fuse box. Help me?

Put a headlight bulb in place of the fuse - run two wires to either side of the headlight bulb terminals and place those two wires into the fuse holder - then when there is a short the bulb goes bright - and dim again when the short goes away. That will allow you to move the harness back and forth and see the light go bright and dim to lead you to the short.
