2004 x5 blower stays on even with key off..replaced final output /blower motor resistor..still on !..any suggestions?

hi sir I looked at that blower motor circuit I am a beginner but there is some kind of final stage unit that is downline of the heating ac control module I am thinking it is some kind of transistorized timer that is not going off the power and ground is provided thru the final stage unit from module maybe unplug module I would be interested to see what tyler or a senior tech would see

As I stated in my post..I changed the final out put transistor. The blower motor continues to run, even with the key out of ignition..has anyone ever seen this..? Does anyone have the Mitchell diagram, I dont wanna spend the money to just look at this circuit..any help is appreciated
