I am new here in this forum please help me on my 2005 Peugeot 307 2.0 petrol engine automatic 4-speed transmission a delay acceleration when stopping about 2-3 second with DTC U0587, U3124, and C0300.

Do you mean a delay in kick-down from a high gear to a lower gear when you floor the gas pedal ? The first thing I would look at live data from the Manifold Air Pressure Sensor, check it is reading a sensible reading Key On Engine Off and Key On Engine Running at idle speed with no glitches. I would also visually check the wiring to it and the Crankshaft Position Sensor and because it is Peugeot eyeball the coolant temperature sensor connector for signs of corrosion.
