Hey so i was just watching your youtube channel about the (EVAP) for the 2006 chevy impala.i have the same issue the p0499 evap vent solenoid control circuit for my 2008 chevy impala. I change the evap vent solenoid and reseted the code but it came right back almost instantly. is there any way that it could be the pcm or a fuse because idk what else to check. I have volt meter and test light.i tested the red wire and the light comes on but when i test the white wire theres no light.i dont know if its suppose to have power. i dont have the other stuff you used. I tested the vent solenoid and it opens and closes just dont no were the problem can be...
