2008 Tahoe possible fuel issue.? was created by Leesha
Recently bought this 2008 chevy Tahoe ... I believe it has some kinda of fuel problem going on??? I do drive it every day for the past 2 weeks so it runs just not the greatest.
Poor gas mileage(12miles a gallon), rpm revs up and down on its own when at idle, sometimes dies when at idle (starts right back up again), random misfire codes changes every day when run codes (usually cylinder 4 5 or 6).
codes are MAF sensor(I replaced sensor), MAP sensor, fuel volume regulator control circuit low (has fairly new fuel pump), & random misfires.
Clear codes and they come almost immediately back on.
I'm no mechanic however I do know few things and prefer to work on vehicles myself- knowledge is key to not being stuck lol. Any ideas what I should check first or what my problem with vehicle could be?

You could have a vacuum leak, throttle body might be dirty, bad iac or yes you could have a fuel problem that you can check with a pressure gauge.
