Checked for vacuum leaks. The upper intake gaskets were replaced 6 months ago and fuel filter. Lower intake hasnt been replaced. I just dont know where to go from here any help is appreciated.

An air intake leak anywhere between the MAF and the engine could be the sources of your trouble or a bad/dirty MAF. One other thing that can cause similar issues are any changes to the air intake. MAF's are carefully calibrated to the intake drsign any changes such as removing the mesh screen or fitting a cold air intake can cause a lean condition

Like Andy say, check MAF and clean it! And review data pids. If it does not work try fuel pressure!?
