Diagnosing a misfire for a 2002 Toyota camry. It's very intermittent and takes weeks to set a check engine light. I got some secondary ignition captures and curraet ramp patterns also. Would this current ramp pattern be enough to call a coil?

Eh, I don't think those captures necessarily suggest an ignition issue. Any freeze frame data? Mostly wondering about a cold start issue. Flattened intake gaskets or a leaking head gasket, like that.

Well I didn't snap a pic of freeze frame. But I did notice fueltrims were high. They get higher with rpms.

if its that intermittent. try swapping the injector and drive it for a few weeks . if its a 4 cylinder there easy to change. how high do the fuel trim numbers go?? an ignition misfire fuel trims dont go that positive.

I was thinking the same but fuel trims rise with higher rpms.

I'm with cheryl, injector swapping would be super easy in this case.
FWIW, I went through a very similar situation with my Scion. Intermittent misfires first thing in the morning, then fine the rest of the day. Moved coils/plugs/injectors because it was so random. Finally did the classic water spray test on the intake, failed miserably.
Even if a miss isn't happening, try the water test anyway. Any kind of failure is grounds for gasket replacement.

As already said a single cylinder misfire in the initial first few seconds after start up points to a head gasket issue but you would normally expect some coolant loss.
I had a strange one a few months back it was a misfire on a single cylinder lasting only for about 100 yards at about 1/2 a mile after a cold start it , it turned out to be an inlet gasket leak. The explanation I came to was the cold start enrichment was going off but the engine wasn't fully warm.
