This should be simple.
I'm trying to replace a Window Motor in a 2007 Dodge Caravan SE, passenger front.
The motor is held in with plastic rivets, that have to be broken to be removed.
The motor I bought from RockAuto did not come with the plastic rivets.
Is there any way to secure this motor properly with other means, or where can I get the dumb rivets.
RockAuto sucks, as customer service will not discuss what comes with a part. They only state, if it not listed of show as included, it is not included. What a bunch of pucky.
The "cough" Dorman part I bought last year for the drivers side window included the rivets. I assume most suppliers would include them.
Probably have to return part and buy local where the rivets are included.

I always nut and bolt them back in.
Hate those stupid plastic fasteners...
Make sure the bolts don't stick so far into the door as to interfere with the travel of the window.

I ended up using a bolt, flat washer, and nut with lock-tight. I try to go back together with things the same way they came apart unless there is a documented alternate way.

Good thing we documented it then;)
Just joking, I understand wanting to do a quality approved repair.
Glad it worked out for you.
